Core Values Project

While working in the marketing department I was approached by the Human Resources Staff and General Manager on working on an overhaul of the company's core values- which at the time had been several years old. 

We worked with an externally sourced development coach to develop 5 new core values: something easy to remember with clear, concise, and intentional language. 

Once that was done, we needed some new posters to go around the plant and office. After several designs and rounds of revisions, we came up with two final designs: One which was a little more complex for posters, and one simpler design to go on large banners to be hung on the plant floor. 

All icons and designs were made by me, using Adobe Illustrator.
